SCOPE OF SERVICES
- M. Sentiment will provide services based on the client's chosen package.
- The number of hospitality ladies will be based on the selected packages (additional ladies can be provided at extra cost if needed).
- M. Sentiment hospitality ladies will serve only M. Sentiment provided products.
- The wedding organizer must coordinate with the M. Sentiment team in advance to guide them to their location and preparation room, ensuring they have full access to the hall and retain possession of their products at all times.
PAYMENT METHOD
- Full payment must be transferred in advance to M. Sentiment as confirmation (1-2 months prior to the occasion).
- No refunds will be issued after confirmation.
- All prices include 5% VAT.
SERVICES DELIVERY
- M.Sentiment hospitality ladies' working hours are 5 hours from their preparation start time (as per client requirements).
- Additional hours will be charged at 200 AED per hour beyond the initial 5 hours.
IMPORTANT POINTS
- Fragrant Oils, Reed Diffusers and Midkhan must be returned after the event unless previously purchased by the client at an agreed price.
- 100ML Perfumes may be kept by customers after the event.
- The quoted prices cover usage of up to 120ML per fragrance. Additional usage will be charged at:

- 350 AED per ML for Oud Noud
- 300 AED per ML for all other fragrances
4. Fragrant Oils will be exclusively monitored and served by M. Sentiment hospitality ladies.
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, contingent on product availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and refunded via your original payment method.
Delivery Terms
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee applies for orders within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
- Other Emirates: Surcharges may apply, with higher fees for remote areas or heavy/large items.
- Processing: Orders are dispatched via certified couriers and typically arrive within 2–4 business days in the UAE.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Policy Overview
- Online orders only: Eligible for returns/exchanges if purchased via our website (excludes in-store purchases).
- 10-day return window: Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery (exclusions apply to Diffusers and Travel Sets).
- Hygiene restrictions: Opened fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged due to industry health standards.
- Condition requirements: Unwanted items may be considered for return if unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
