SCOPE OF SERVICES
- M.Sentiment will provide giveaway services based on the client’s chosen giveaway and quantity.
- Giveaways can be customized based on the client’s requirements, and prices may change.
- The client must submit the customization request a minimum of 1–2 months in advance.
- The client must submit high-resolution artwork in PDF, CAD, and Illustrator formats, with full details of the customization requirements (e.g., color, material type, etc.).
- The client will be provided samples for each customized giveaway for approval, with a limit of a maximum of 3 samples only.
- The M.Sentiment logo must be included on every customized giveaway.
- M.Sentiment will provide customization based on the following services:

- Embossed/Debossed
- Outer Box & Inner Box
- Paper Bag (PU & Paper)
- Gift Tags, Ribbon, Box Sleeves
Any changes requested by the client after approving the final sample will not be accommodated.
PAYMENT METHOD
- Full payment must be transferred in advance to M.Sentiment as confirmation before the occasion (1–2 months prior).
- No refunds will be issued after confirmation.
- All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, contingent on product availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and refunded via your original payment method.
Delivery Terms
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee applies for orders within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
- Other Emirates: Surcharges may apply, with higher fees for remote areas or heavy/large items.
- Processing: Orders are dispatched via certified couriers and typically arrive within 2–4 business days in the UAE.

- Online orders only: Eligible for returns/exchanges if purchased via our website (excludes in-store purchases).
- 10-day return window: Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery (exclusions apply to Diffusers and Travel Sets).
- Hygiene restrictions: Opened fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged due to industry health standards.
- Condition requirements: Unwanted items may be considered for return if unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
