WEDDING SERVICES

SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. M.Sentiment will provide services according to the client’s selected package.
2. M.Sentiment Fragrance Hostesses will exclusively serve products provided by M.Sentiment.
3. A designated family representative or appointed wedding coordinator should liaise with the M.Sentiment team in advance to guide them to their preparation room, ensure full access to the hall, and facilitate smooth service delivery throughout the event.
   

SERVICE DELIVERY

1. M.Sentiment Fragrance Hostesses will serve for a total of 7 hours from preparation start time (as per client requirements).
2. Additional service hours will be charged at AED 200 per hour beyond the initial 7 hours.
   

SERVICE FLOW

1. Perfumes are elegantly displayed at the entrance (if there is a reception area).
2. At the beginning of the event, Fragrance Hostesses remain by the product station to welcome guests with the selected scents.
3. After guests are seated, the hostesses gracefully circulate around the tables, offering perfumes and fragrant oils, usually after dinner.
   

Note: This flow can be customized in agreement with the family or organizer. Should the client request additional rounds of scent service after guests are seated, or more frequent visits, our team will be ready to accommodate.

PRODUCT USAGE

1. All perfumes used in the service are brand new, opened exclusively during the event, and will remain with the client after the occasion.
2. Fragrant Oils, Reed Diffusers, Midkhans (incense burners), and similar items must be returned after the event unless a prior agreement has been made for purchase.
3. 100ml perfumes gifted to guests remain with them after the event.
4. Each package includes the use of up to 120ml from the fragrant oil bottles provided. Additional usage will be charged as follows:
   • AED 400/mL for Amber Noud
   • AED 350/mL for Oud Noud
   • AED 300/mL for all other fragrances
5. All Fragrant Oils will be handled, monitored, and served exclusively by the M.Sentiment team.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

1. Full payment must be made (1–2 months prior to the wedding date) to secure the booking.
2. Payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
3. All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
4. Additional charges apply for extended hours or extra fragrance usage beyond the package limits.
5. Client agrees that all products (Fragrant Oils, Reed Diffusers, Midkhans, etc.) remain the property of M.Sentiment unless agreed for purchase, while perfumes and gifts remain with the client/guests.
