- Online orders only: Eligible for returns/exchanges if purchased via our website (excludes in-store purchases).
- 10-day return window: Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery (exclusions apply to Original Bohemian Crystals Line, Five Journey sets, and Travel Sets).
- Hygiene restrictions: Unsealed/Opened fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged due to industry health standards.
- Condition requirements: Unwanted items may be considered for return if sealed/unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
